We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement during your session.
If you are attending for upper back or arm problems, a vest will be ideal for females.
If you are attending for hip and leg problems, loose fitting shorts and underwear will be ideal.
For massage you can wear what you feel comfortable in. Ideally skin to skin contact is ideal, so wear appropriate clothers/underwear so we can access the areas you wish worked on.
We can also work through clothes to make you feel as comfortable as possible, as we can adapt using massage tools through clothes such as IASTM, massage guns and our hands.

The best course of action is to ask your insurance if they will cover, as Glen is registered with 'The Society of Sports Therapists'.
Many clients opt to still pay for treatment with Glen, as we ensure thorough 45 minute Initial Assessments along with a second appointment included to go through your report of findings. We also integrate an holistic approach including hands on therapy and exercise rehabilitation.
Please bring any relevant medical records, a list of current medications, and wear comfortable clothing. Ideally exercise wear (so avoiding tight stiff clothing such as jeans).

Lower back pain combined with a shooting pain down the leg is typically caused by sciatica or a herniated disc irritating the sciatic nerve. It can also be due to muscular trigger points.
